Greg was polite, personable and thorough. He was here to clean out our dryer vent which goes up from the dryer and vents outside several feet from the base of the house. Our house is on a hill so this was a bit of a challenge for Greg. Even so, he wouldn't leave without cleaning the outside vent cap. Very impressive duty to being thorough!

Tommy Terrell is AWESOME!! It was a pleasure working with him. My husband and I went through a complete kitchen renovation this past spring and Tommy was our dedicated plumber for both this project and a complete rehaul of our entire plumbing system due to old piping and valves. He is very knowledgeable and took considerate time to explain the in and outs of everything. We very much appreciated this especially as we are first-time homebuyers! MEP from the time they picked up the phone until the job was completed was very professional. MEP was able to respond and mitigate my disposal/drain issue. Identification of the blockage was quickly found and mitigated. The communication with me between the dispatch as well as the technician was great. . This was not the first time I used MEP and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I just purchased condo and later discovered the wash machine was only using hot water that was only coming from one line. I had experienced a water damage problem from prior condo (above me) so I was not comfortable messing around with it myself. Willie Williams was on time and professional and apparently, the prior owner just turned the waterline off 😕 due to a leak.

My Technician is named Willy. The entire experience was great. I was told by customer service to expect the techs to arrive between 10am and 1pm, not bad. Willy called me at 9:30 said he’d arrive in 30 minutes. He was at my home at 9:46 and done by 11:15. He re-taped everything to make it look neater and cleaner, he vacuumed, and spent a good bit of time making sure everything was working correctly.
