I had an issue getting a part to get my heat back up and running. Kim from the Chesapeake office was able to quickly get it resolved and I cant thank her enough!!

Michael was excellent, he came in - fixed the issue, shared tips on preventative maintenance as well as advised me on other topics! 5 stars all the way and definitely recommend MEP and Michael!

Thank you, Russ for reaching out to address the issue. I am updating the review to reflect the type of service we have experienced in the past. I am hopeful a solution is forthcoming. Your... professionalism is the exemplar for customer service.LaurenWe built a 350K home and moved in last fall. The AC wasn't used much until now and cannot cool below 70 on a hot day. The techs have been there 3-4 times about the problem and keep spewing BS about the system should be expected to cool to 20 degrees below the outside temp and anything more is unrealistic. This is complete BS and let me explain why. I am 51 and was born and raised in Florida where the temp regularly exceeded 100 F with the heat index and humidity. Our homes always stayed a nice chilly 68 F. Never, in all my years, have I needed to be "realistic" about the AC only cooling to 20 degrees below outside temp. When I called this morning for yet another service call, the "manager" decided it was a good idea to hang up on me. Totally unprofessional (and I called her back to let her know). She is the one being unrealistic in terms of expecting me to accept not only her fantasy reality about AC's, but also her lack of professionalism. I'm giving 2 stars because the actual technicians have been very professional and seemingly competent in working toward a solution.read more
