It’s Total Home Protection…
Protecting your home with a Maintenance Contract protects you against unexpected and expensive major mechanical systems repair bills. A maintenance contract covers your HVAC and Plumbing, including the HVAC system, water heater, and garbage disposal.
It’s Peace of Mind…
Purchasing a Maintenance Contract from MEP covers discounted service calls, and discounted labor and parts to repair any covered equipment. MEP makes it easy: one low monthly fee covers it all. No need to get stressed out trying to find a reputable company that will actually show up on time.

Why do I need a maintenance contract?
There’s a 72% chance that a major system water heater or disposal will breakdown in your home. An unexpected repair can be financially devastating to your budget and cash flow. When you purchase an MEP MAINTENANCE contract, YOU GET PRIORTY SERVICE, A DISCOUNTED SERVICE CALL FEE, A 15% DISCOUNT ON ANY PARTS NEEDED AND 15% OFF OUR NORMAL LABOR RATES.
What is a maintenance plan?
A maintenance contract is a way to keep your manufacturer’s warranty intact. MEP comes out twice a year to service your HVAC system and keep it running at peak performance; all you have to do is change your filters. MEP checks the coils, the Freon level, and gas pressures for a gas furnace. Keep your system the most efficient it can be. One time a year a plumber visits your home to make sure all your connections are good, and your faucets are in good working order and checks your water heater for safety and efficiency.
When can I purchase a new maintenance protection plan?
You have the option to purchase a maintenance protection plan at any time after your first year manufacturer’s warranty has expired regardless of the age of your equipment. Coverage is available on your HVAC and Plumbing, including the HVAC system, water heater, and garbage disposal.
When does coverage expire?
When you say it does, if you move it can be transferred to the new homeowners if they’d like. MEP is keeping your maintenance plan going with a monthly billing option so the plan expires when you say it does.
