Ash found the problems with my exhaust fans and was quickly able to fix all four of them. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up after his work.I give him five stars, and will definitely ask for him if I ever need any more HVAC work done in my home

MEP from the time they picked up the phone until the job was completed was very professional. MEP was able to respond and mitigate my disposal/drain issue. Identification of the blockage was quickly found and mitigated. The communication with me between the dispatch as well as the technician was great. . This was not the first time I used MEP and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I just purchased condo and later discovered the wash machine was only using hot water that was only coming from one line. I had experienced a water damage problem from prior condo (above me) so I was not comfortable messing around with it myself. Willie Williams was on time and professional and apparently, the prior owner just turned the waterline off 😕 due to a leak.

We had our first HVAC system maintenance today and Ash was great. He put shoe covers on before entering and explained everything he was going to do. I was very impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and patience with my multitude of questions. My Technician is named Willy. The entire experience was great. I was told by customer service to expect the techs to arrive between 10am and 1pm, not bad. Willy called me at 9:30 said he’d arrive in 30 minutes. He was at my home at 9:46 and done by 11:15. Greg arrived to my house and was able to explain my hvac system to me. Been in my house for about 9 months, and the builder (or anyone else) never bothered to explain anything to me about my hvac system. Greg was awesome! Greg provided excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable, and ensured the instructions to change from winter and summer were clearly written. He re-taped everything to make it look neater and cleaner, he vacuumed, and spent a good bit of time making sure everything was working correctly. Very pleased with the service and have an annual maintenance contract with them to keep everything running smoothly.

Thank you, Russ for reaching out to address the issue. I am updating the review to reflect the type of service we have experienced in the past. I am hopeful a solution is forthcoming. Your professionalism is the exemplar for customer service.LaurenWe built a 350K home and moved in last fall. The AC wasn't used much until now and cannot cool below 70 on a hot day. The techs have been there 3-4 times about the problem and keep spewing BS about the system should be expected to cool to 20 degrees below the outside temp and anything more is unrealistic. This is complete BS and let me explain why. I am 51 and was born and raised in Florida where the temp regularly exceeded 100 F with the heat index and humidity. Our homes always stayed a nice chilly 68 F. Never, in all my years, have I needed to be "realistic" about the AC only cooling to 20 degrees below outside temp. When I called this morning for yet another service call, the "manager" decided it was a good idea to hang up on me. Totally unprofessional (and I called her back to let her know). She is the one being unrealistic in terms of expecting me to accept not only her fantasy reality about AC's, but also her lack of professionalism. I'm giving 2 stars because the actual technicians have been very professional and seemingly competent in working toward a solution.
